Guidance for Individuals
I help individuals breakthrough stagnation in their developmental journey.I do this through providing a guidance space and a compassionate, yet sharp, look at the meaning-making process in the whole system of the psyche.✨
I draw my expertise from over a decade of study and practice of developmental models (the main ones are: spiral dynamics, Cook-Greuter's ego development model, and STAGEs model). I also have an extensive training in shadow work with Kim Barta, shamanic practices, and the study of several personality type systems.My psychological system and my personality type are wired to be a guide.
